Both come with the property, the owner of record, their mailing address (where the county publishes it), and a drafted opener.
When you claim a ZIP + trade, we take it off the market — no other contractor in that trade can buy it while you hold it, and we never resell your leads. It stays yours until you cancel. That's the opposite of shared-lead sites that sell the same name to everyone.
