Read the docsSome counties publish the owner of record and their mailing address; many do not. Where it exists we carry it, and coverage is close to complete in some jurisdictions and entirely absent in others, so an average would be true nowhere in particular. It is available through the API on the Business plan, and deliberately excluded from the bulk CSV exports. If you need it, tell us which jurisdictions you work in and we will tell you honestly what we hold for them.
We do not provide homeowner phone numbers or email addresses, and owner names are withheld in New Jersey under Daniel's Law.
