Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment, as long as it was not refunded or disputed. Everything payable by the end of a month is paid on or around the 5th of the next month, so a commission arrives between about 30 and 60 days after the customer pays. Payouts are made once your payable balance is at least $25.
New customers only: people who have never paid PermitStack, and whose account is less than 30 days old if they already have one. The first referrer to bring a customer keeps them. Your own accounts, people at your own company's email domain and existing customers do not count.
Payments on Developer, Business or Scale earn 30% during the customer's first 12 months. Upgrades earn from the upgrade; payments on Indie or Hobbyist earn nothing; and if they cancel, commission stops, resuming if they return within the 12 months.
Their email domain (or "Gmail user" and similar for a personal address), current plan, the dates and your commission on each payment. Never their name, email address or how they use the API.

You are responsible for taxes on what you earn. Before your payouts in a calendar year reach $600 we need a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US); we will email you when that is close.
